Research and Development Strategy
With forward-thinking research and development driving a growing portfolio of intellectual property, we have identified key nano-level particulates and processes that produce significantly beneficial properties and capabilities unlike any currently available in the marketplace. nCoat's coatings are stronger, lighter, denser, more adhesive, and better able to withstand the heat, pressure and exposure of today's demanding applications.
To spur innovation in both coatings products and production processes, we are acquiring high caliber, revenue-positive companies within the highly fragmented annual $3.7 billion high performance coatings industry. nCoat fuels corporate growth by providing capital and nanotech expertise alongside our proprietary formulas.

In September 2005, we acquired High Performance Coatings (HPC), a world leader in coatings blending and application. HPC provides an top fuel intakeoperational base to formulate and commercialize traditional high performance coatings and to launch our proprietary nano-formulated coatings products. Today HPC has four operational production facilities delivering many unique nanoscale and traditional coatings to meet the exacting needs of customers in more than a dozen industries. HPC is a worldwide leader in advanced coating technology with a solid customer base that includes major world-wide automotive, trucking, aerospace and recreational vehicle manufacturers and back to topgovernment agencies such as NASA and the US Military.
A wholly owned subsidiary, nTech, Inc., develops and holds proprietary intellectual property and further licenses coatings facilities at customers' manufacturing plants, leveraging a unique and market differentiating distributed production strategy.
